ISC West Custom Trade Show Booth Design for Security Industry Solutions

ISC West is the premier security industry trade show, bringing together professionals from physical security, cybersecurity, and emerging technology sectors.

Built for a Room Full of Skeptics

Security pros are trained to spot weak points. That habit doesn't switch off when they walk into a booth.

Integrators, dealers, and IT teams come to ISC West to poke at real gear. They want to watch the camera feed, tap the reader, and ask tough questions. A good-looking wall alone won't hold them for long.

So what does? From what we've seen, it comes down to a few build choices.

  • Light you can control. Video demos fall apart under harsh glare. We plan lighting and sight lines so a 4K feed looks like 4K, not a foggy windshield.
  • Room for the wires. Monitors, servers, cameras, and switches add up fast. Our counters and walls have cable paths built in, so the back of the booth stays as tidy as the front.
  • A place to talk. Plenty of deals start in the aisle and finish behind a door. Closed meeting rooms and semi-open lounges both work well on this floor.
  • Demo stations that hold up. Kiosks get leaned on, tapped, and bumped for days straight. We build them to take it.

Working the Venetian Expo

People tend to lump every Vegas show together. The Venetian Expo is its own animal, though. It has different docks, freight routes, and move-in rules than the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Hanging signs need rigging approval from the show before anything goes up. Install and dismantle windows are set by show management, and every crew works on that clock.

Our Las Vegas crews have worked ISC West and plenty of other shows in this building. That means fewer surprises when the trucks pull in.

What We Handle

  • Custom fabrication: walls, counters, kiosks, and lightboxes made in our own shops
  • Turnkey rentals: ready-to-go booth packages finished with custom graphics
  • Graphics: printed fabric (SEG), wall graphics, and signage

  • Install and dismantle: certified crews in Las Vegas and Florida

  • Project management: one point of contact from first call to teardown

Custom Build or Rental?

Both show up at ISC West, and both can look great. The right pick depends on the brand, the budget, and what happens to the booth after the show.

The footprints we see most: 10x10 and 10x20 inlines, 20x20 and 20x30 islands, and 30x30 or larger.

Can't pick one? Mix them. A rental frame paired with a custom counter or demo kiosk is a popular combo.

From Rendering to Teardown

  1. Send over the rendering, scope, budget, and show details (venue plus install, show, and dismantle dates).
  2. A project manager replies by the end of the next business day.
  3. The estimate usually lands within 3 to 5 days, depending on size.
  4. Estimates get approved at least 30 days before the ship date.
  5. Final artwork is due 21 days before the ship date.
  6. We build, ship, and install, then pack it all back up when the show closes.

Common Questions

Where is ISC West held?

At the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, usually in March or April. The official show site posts each year's dates.

Do you provide install and dismantle labor at the Venetian Expo?

Yes. Our Las Vegas crews handle I&D there, from the first panel to the last crate.

Can we rent a booth for ISC West?

Yes. Turnkey rentals run from 10x10 inlines to large islands, all finished with custom graphics.

How do hanging signs work?

Overhead signs need rigging approval from the show. We build that step into the project plan so the sign goes up on time.

What do you need for a quote?

A rendering, scope, budget, and show details. Send what you have, and we'll fill in the gaps together.

Can you help with shows outside Las Vegas?

Yes. Our 30,000 square foot Orlando shop supports Florida and Atlanta events.

Built For Partnerships

Anytime you have a client event in Las Vegas or Orlando, we’ll be there to help you bring their experience to life.

What Our Partners Are Saying:

Yesterday we received some great feedback from the client and I want to pass on their thanks, along with mine. I know this was no easy task with the 6-week turnaround from client brief to show open. You were brilliant to work with! Look forward to working with you again soon.

— Sarah

I just wanted to thank you and everyone at CrewXP for another outstanding show! Both at AUSA and ITSEC, you went above and beyond to make sure all was in line and my clients were happy. We had some tumultuous things at AUSA, but in true professional form, Crew pulled out of the issues with no one knowing how hard it was.

— Michael

Client gave great feedback on the booth build and our on-site team. They said it was the most hassle-free show they have had in years!

- CrewXP Partner

Crew was professional, efficient, and friendly. The feedback we received from our customer was all positive! Our clients were over-the-top impressed.

- CrewXP Partner

You know why we use CREW XP? Because you guys ‘stick’! When the going gets tough, Crew XP always hangs in there and owns the problem. Whatever the unexpected issue is that shows up on the show floor (damaged or missing parts, client changes, show service delays), your team figures it out - - - and fixes it.

Usually, without our client ever even knowing what happened.
